Learner Support Fund (LSF)

This fund is provided to Colleges in Wales by the Welsh Government and is subject to fluctuation annually. All applications for the fund are means tested and assessed on a first come first service basis on your household net taxable yearly income. You will only be eligible to apply once you have applied for EMA/ALG.

Who qualifies?

In order to qualify you MUST be a resident in the UK, Isle of Man or EU for at least three years immediately prior to starting you course and enrolled on a Further Education full time course
If you are in care, a care leaver or identified as a vulnerable learner and are studying a part time course you can also apply.

Hardship support

If you have extreme financial problems or your circumstances change which will affect your attendance to College, you can apply for financial help through this fund
