We can provide specialist support for students with additional learning needs. The Learning Resource Centres at each campus provide the necessary equipment needed to help you during your studies, and specialist staff can also support you by:
The College also employs a range of specialist workers who help learners with more specific needs, for example, learners with profound hearing impairments can be provided with a communicator/interpreter. This provision also includes access to the ARROW programme on some campuses, which has significant success in raising the reading and spelling skills of learners with learning difficulties.
Learners who require this support should let us know when they apply to the College.
